Refund & Exchange Policies

  • Exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel in Hongkong.
  • International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
  • If there is any damage with the product delivered we are here to help you out - Please mail us at with your order number, describe the problem and provide clear images of the damage. Please note that any damage or problem must be alerted to us within 2 days of receiving the parcel. We will assist you getting this solved to best of our ability.
  • In case of damaged item delivered we will send you a replacement. In case a replacement is not available, a credit note of the order amount will be issued, so that you may purchase something else.
